A CMS-driven real estate web platform designed to simplify property discovery and listing for Andaman-based residential and commercial properties through structured UX and scalable design systems.

Grihya is a real estate platform focused on enabling property discovery, enquiries, and listings for emerging markets, with an initial emphasis on properties in the Andaman region. The goal of the project was to design a clean, modern, and functional web experience that could support multiple user roles—tenants, owners/brokers, and administrators—while remaining scalable for future expansion.
The project was executed as a product-style website rather than a static marketing page, emphasizing structured data, dashboards, and CMS-driven content. The outcome is a functional real estate platform that balances usability, clarity, and operational readiness.
