Case Study: Expressions Literary Club
Establishing a Digital Hub for University Creativity
The Expressions Literary Club at UIT needed a central, digital home to showcase its activities—beyond standard, fleeting social media pages. As the club's President and the lead designer through PandaForge, I architected a Framer-based platform (literaryclub.framer.media) that balanced multiple stakeholder needs: publishing high-quality blogs, facilitating rapid event registrations, and attracting institutional sponsors.
The core challenge was to create a digital space that felt both formally structured (for university approvals and sponsors) and highly creative (to engage the student body).
Phase 1: Structuring Content & Events

Condition: Display the landing page with "The Labrynth of Expressions" branding.
We structured the platform into three primary domains to guide incoming traffic:
The Blog & Content Engine: We established a robust CMS to highlight "Featured Blogs" and "Recent Posts". Grounding narratives—like the "Drama Competition '26" or "Chase Or Escape: The Ultimate Quiz Show"—in a permanent archive prevents our creative legacy from simply disappearing down an Instagram feed.
Event Funnels (Upcoming Events): For events like the University Yuva Fest’26 Open Mic, we built dedicated landing funnels. This included downloadable PDF brochures, galleries of past event glimpses, and direct intent-based WhatsApp redirects to ensure seamless registration and verification.
Phase 2: Building the Sponsor Engine

Condition: Showcasing the structured perks, newsletter mentions, and CTA for "Partner With Us".
One of any university club's major hurdles is conveying tangible value to commercial sponsors. We solved this by treating the sponsorship outreach as a B2B product, dedicating an entire optimized sub-domain to partnerships:
Digital Prospectus: Instead of sending dry, static PDF decks, the
/sponsorpage acts as a live, interactive pitch. It details concrete brand promotion perks, including auditorium screen visibility and official poster features.Proof of Reach: We embedded direct, interactive proofs of our previous reach, including FlipHTML5 links to our digital newsletters (like the UIT Newsletter), giving sponsors immediate evidence of their prospective ROI.
Outcome & Reflection
The website successfully centralized the club’s operations, shifting its perception from a standard university extracurricular to a highly organized, institutional-grade brand built in collaboration with PandaForge.
The Lesson: A university club website is essentially a startup landing page in miniature. It needs to convert passive users into active attendees, and visitors into sponsors. Treating the "Expressions Literary Club" like a digital-first product proved that design thinking and systemic automation aren't just for SaaS—they are the core engines for community leverage.
